Delivery

The delivery time for the whole country is from 1 to 3 working days.

The minimum delivery quantity is 5kg.

You have the opportunity to select different menus, and we will prepare a combination box especially for you.

You can buy a smaller quantity from our company store in Sofia. Sofia, ul. 10 Sveti Naum Street, as well as in the physical sites that offer our products.

For the city of Sofia. Sofia:

• The delivery to the city of Sofia. Sofia is carried out with refrigerated transport provided by Divus.
• The price is fixed, regardless of the kilograms - 7 BGN.
• Delivery is made every weekday from 10:00 to 18:00.
• We offer late delivery every Tuesday from 18:00 to 21:00.

For the rest of the settlements:

• For all other settlements we work with the courier company Speedy at preferential prices.
• The food is sent only to Speedy offices and we do not offer delivery to an address by courier because of the specifics of the storage of the product.
• Orders are transported in special thermal boxes, which are returned back to us.
• The cost of delivery is dynamic, as it is determined by the kilograms.

* For orders over BGN 200, delivery is free for the whole country.

* In case your pet does not like our BARF menus, you can contact us and return the food, and we will refund you as soon as possible.

  • Types of cards that are accepted: debit, credit and business cards Visa, Mastercard and bCard.
  • Transactions are carried out through the MasterCard Identity check and VISA Secure security programs.
  • From the point of view of security, the maximum amount to pay with a card is BGN 2000.
  • We do not store data on bank cards used for payment through the site.
  • If it is necessary to return an amount paid with a bank card, the amount is refunded to the card with which the payment was made.
